The Importance of Communication in the Hospitality Industry
I loved hospitality with my whole heart but there was something very difficult and I had a lot of works as CEO as general manager of hotels of restaurants. There was one thing that really was tiring me from this industry people turn over people were changing from two to three months they were leaving their jobs, getting tired exhausted the task was so small and routine and repetitive and there was nothing creative or innovative. Every place where I worked it had 50-200 employees and every person was just responsible for one little job very soul second very boring job. That's something that made me feel that no more hospitality industry never again I'm done with it I can't see unhappy people anymore hospitality is about love
