Is the Average Russorussian a Problem?

RUSSIA is now surpassed north korea and aran to become the most sanctioned country. Where can the international community go from here in terms of future trade measures? The problem is russia is quite difficult to effect it materially with trade sections. There's no question that it's going to hurt african countries and countries that are already food secure.
