The Importance of Nutrients for Health
After studying obesity, I started watching what malnutrition is. And you cannot understand nutrition and the importance of certain food. So don't tell me in this first world which nutrients are important for you and your health as a human being until you have spent at least four years like me in Central America. That's how you know which nutrients are key for health. Now it's been three years that I don't eat one single vegetable, one single fruit,. One single piece of grain or one single piece of legume. The only thing I eat is meat, fish, eggs, cheese, avocado and knowledge.
