The Strategy Cone of Silence
How did IBM create the think pad in like 1980? They know that nobody, no engineers can do original work inside of IBM. So they created a cone of silence around the team and what I call osmotic communication within the team. That's the opposite of the agile thing where you really want silence. And so it's an either or much of the time, but in fact, they fold together.
