Is There a Difference Between a State and a Capital?
There's a lot of interesting threads i want to follow up onthat you just mention there. I think in part that the use of the term state doesn't help us out here. And i think the reason for that is that its in status or state, comes from the french. It only gained it it sense of a kind of politicald sort of monolithic,. Is it really all one thing from like, three thousand years ago or five thousand years ago?
