I think a lot of large tech companies are, you know, you look at it. It's probably like 50 to 70% of people who aren't doing very much. And this is basically universal basic income, right? It's a way to support people who graduated from top schools without them having to work. I've seen many incredible teams get absolutely crushed by a bad, bad market. But most of the time you don't, right?
