Between Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Microsoft, they have collectively bought over 436 companies and startups in the past 10 years. Where is all the money? When did the Clayton Act come under the statute? Clayton Act was 1914. So it was after the Sherman Act of 1890. Yeah, for quite a while. It was meant to try to close some of the loopholes that, you know, became apparent after the passage of the Sherman Act. And I think that that's a really interesting thing, particularly because a lot of ESG investors are highly concentrated in a number of tech firms.
