Don't Do It on Your Social Media Channels
Johan: I feel like I struggle with that exact thing you're talking about constantly. Something I, one of my greatest pleasures in life was becoming poisoned by this extrinsic motivation. And so I would say, don't do it on your social media channels. That's the last place to fucking do it. Do it everywhere else, have a good life, and just look at your social media less. Not everything in life has to be displayed.
