Reliability Policy for Remote Work?
Remote work doesn't tend to create new problems, it tends to magnify existing problems. Not having a responsiveness policy means people can say like, I don't need to check this right away. So yeah, that's one level. But if you're at home and you have family at home, particularly small children or partners who may not completely understand your level of deep work, how involved you are,. How do you communicate it to your local peers at home? Because that's hard, right? Do you have any advice for the flip side of this?
