Is This Something That Is or Is Not in My Control?

As human beings, of course, we don't have perfect ity over any source of any event. The main point of this stage of the exercise is simply to recognize that there is a difference between our impression and the source. Ask yourself again, is this something that is or is not in my control? I'm going to give you a minute just to think about that. If you determine that there is something substantial in this event that is within your control, then you can write it down and think about a few things that you can implement to make a positive difference in your life. Then say the following sentence to yourself: "That is none of my concern"
