Gibbon Brains are the small apes that live in Southeast Asia. They're not as closely related to us as chimpanzees or orangutans or gorillas, but they're more closely related than monkeys. A biological anthropologist said we can use Gibbon diversity as a model for early hominins. And so now with this revelation from Julia Zekello, it's like, okay, well, you know, we've got brain-shaped variation in the early human fossil record.
