flavor wheels are a really good idea to change the focus during cupping because you quickly end up spending all your energy and trying to choose the specific aromas. Ferment is something we struggled with that category because how what to include? We thought it could be under dried fruit for example but tasting so many different anaerobic coffees that tasted very different we felt that we need to include it. And then spirits we just that's just a broad category if it's cognac or whiskey or whatever you uh so in that sense we've kind of edited so that we can kind of discuss it but it's a very small part.
