Do I Need More Than Two Half Hour Time Blocks Per Day?

You don't really need more than two half hour time blocks per day to achieve your wellness goals, to achieve weight loss or weight gain goals. You can do your meal prep and workout and that time no problem at all. Same for spirituality. What would it do for you if you were to listen to a sermon or read a spiritual based book for two half hour times a day? I mean, I bet it would be, I betting it would do a real lot because I've been there. So we're going to keep in mind, we don't need a lot more time. We just need to get that time back.
