Is Europe a Leader in the Global Energy Crisis?
If britain were such a trail blazer, many countries would adopt similar policies. The reason that most developing and emerging nations don't is they can see that they are not working at all. Most of our manufacturing, high energy industries have already moved abroad,. If you use a lot of energy, it's far too expensive in europe. Basically, those industries have to be subsidized. Left, right and centre. So the reality is there is a deep divide, international divide. There's no way out.
