For cities and counties, municipal level government, I assume property taxes are a huge fraction of the revenue that cities and counties take in. So to that extent, there are a lot of people who live in cities, counties that are essentially saying to their local officials, we don't want any new revenue because we don’t want any new housing. Yeah. And that's a tricky thing about, well, all of these things can be politicized, right? And used as ways to impede growth.
