Tina: I always felt like I was really, really out of place in the Western world. My parents very much stuck to their roots and they didn't want us to over assimilate or forget our roots. So it was a struggle between trying to fit in and trying to find an identity in this land that you kind of feel like is home. And then when I went back to Taiwan, I realized, oh, this feels like home. This is my roots. She says she wanted to become a fashion designer one day but discovered other people were doing Instagram instead.
