Are You Building a Workforce That's Inclusive?

Many business leaders, many others in my field, will centre profit or outcome or clients as the thing that they need. But what we have found at al and t in this sort of counter culture that we've built, is that if we ask our humans what they need, and we build that into our system, our results are better collectively. We look at leaders a who reward inclusive cultures. And that's really where i think leaders are trying to go next. Iis thinking about how we can insure that our workplaces are not only inclusive, but that few people feel like they can belong.
