There's been a replacement of synthetics for other opioid. So fentinal is just way deadlier. It's way harder to manage doses of it's producing, wey, more overdoses. A huge part of what's happening here isn't necessarily behavial. But there's a behaviorl component, too, which is that in the same way the people were using alcohol a lot more, they were using other drugs llot more during the penademic riden.
