i was listening to a talk from francis weller just this morning on my walk, where i felt expansive in it. He said we try to defeat the painful parts of ourselves, not realizing that that's where the soul resides. We are an ascension and resurrection culture where we are afraid of the depth and the darkness,. It is where the soul lives. And i'm like, he merges the syoli, the psychotherapy, with the soul. I think it's like, you know, it's like romdas, it'slike alamance.
