Prioritizing Things
Football is an entertainment sport and if I'm going to spend 45 hours of season watching my own team from the bench, they better be entertaining. So it's not for me to then come in and say, we're going to play a low block 4-4-2. If I'd watched the team and they were terrible in possession and low block and unable to run, I don't think I would have taken the job. But you always try and get an understanding of what it is that you're walking into. Thankfully, I think in the first week, I think the players took the ideas and it's going well so far.
