The Importance of Principal Based Feedback in Therapy

We did a pilot first we had just about 10 therapists go through that. We're successfully refining what they were doing one trial after another exposing them to the same video vignette of the client. Even when we switched the client therapists were able to transfer the learning to a different situation which was really edifying for us.
