The most important thing is to create an experience where customers can discover your product, sign up and use it. Any customer, in interaction with sales or chat, treatid as a bug. Really look at what kind of questions your customer asking. And then use that to improve the on boarding expedience furthern. The likelihood of this user converting into a a long tom customer goes out significantly.
