UX Research and Vendor Procurement

Stakeholder interviews are an informal and low stress way for me to gauge how my stakeholders view my research efforts. Vendor procurement is a natural extension of exploring budget. UX research may require incentives and third-party platforms, and the budget limits what I can and can't do. Based on completed research, the product roadmap, budget, vendors, and stakeholder interviews, I modify the UX research roadmap.
