The SEC's Discussion of the Tron Token

We had for years suggested that Tron might be a security. And even if it is a security, we weren't really in the US. So you don't have jurisdiction over us. The fact that it was replicated repeatedly does not make it safe. It's been so such a long time coming to see soldier boy and these other individuals who were tweeting and putting out videos and shilling to their hearts content for years finally get a little bit of attention.
