Changing the Keyboard Size Is Not a Problem

Geoffrey says he's very used to moving between different sized keyboards. The standard modern piano, started to emerge around the mid to late 18 hundreds. It becomes completely recognizebe as being a modern piano from the late 18 sixties. But why? Why did the keyboard become so big?
