How Do We Know if Our Demand Generation Strategy Is Working?

I'll start with key metrics I'm looking at is marketing working and then get into some of the more like how do we know if the strategy is working while you're building it out. So depending on if you're sales led, like, you know, get a demo request, if your product led, sign up or your blended funnel, I'm really looking at four core buckets. The high intent hand raisers are the expressed intent. This is people who choose to sign up. Next step I look at is qualification. If it's product led, I usually look at things like alpha activation within a product. And especially as you get later in the funnel, you look at this quarter
