The Tension Between Gary Cohn and Steve Mnuchin in a Trump Speech

In the speech, there's a line about how foreign countries tax our exports, but then their goods flow into our country tax free that I think most likely is intended as an endorsement of the border tax. And so I am not confident that Gary Cohn and Steve Mnuchin were like persuaded to endorse this or that anything has actually happened in the policy-making process. The fact that their economic policy team doesn't agree with it just kind of like wound up not fact-man. But one thing that could mean is that the economic policy team got rolled. We're not sure what happens when Gary Cohn sits down with Donald Trump and says, this Bill Paul Ryan is sending you the reason Walmart hates
