The Importance of Mindfulness
Most of what our brain does is unconscious. And I don't mean the like Freud's unconscious. We can understand how we're feeling because we kind of can separate those two and that sometimes I think about it. If I'm going through a rough time or I can feel it, I want to tell myself, Hey, those are just feelings you're having. They're not you and I can kind of separate and almost kind of spin off another thread of my brain. So I'm trying to use that separate thread to like observe the unconscious thread that's giving me those bad feelings. It almost makes sense based on what you just said,.
