The Writer's Strike
When the contract comes out for us to vote on it didn't come to fruition quickly or randomly or easily. It was this long process that I'm telling you about of regionally each group talking about what their needs are and then four months talking about what they want. We started our W&W's in I think November our contract doesn't expire until June so we have been doing this for months by the time you hear this episode. The last writer strike they did a strike months before their contract ended and caught producers off guard so for all we know by the time they're listening to this we may not even start and they may not even strike.
