The Problem With Wealth and Taxation

Council taxes raised on property values that the councils which need most money are able to raise less council tax on property. Yes, well I mean the system of council tax is of course completely insane. It's one of those things where you look at anything but why we're basing our council tax valuations on the value of a property either as it was in 1994 or it would be if it had been built in 1994. That itself would also be to some degree unfair.
