One of the main criticisms that I could find of this study overall. Unsatisfactory long-term response was defined as a combination of decrease in baseline six-minute walk distance at two consecutive visits separated by at least 14 days. Worsing of symptoms, progression of disease were defined a bit differently in each of the studies. Progression or clinical worsening of pulmonary arterial hypertension can be hard to define and was defined slightly differently in these studies.
