You should definitely feel a little bit of discomfort. But if it's true pain, not just like an exaggerated pump and an exaggerated feeling of the quote unquote burn, then that's too tight. You want it to be a relatively flat dispersed thing maybe at least like an inch or too long. And also, just so everyone knows, there's been extensive study of the safety and the incidents of, you know, like an acrotic tissue or extreme muscle damage. We're talking far less than 1%.
