How to Structure Your Deals Effectively

I mean, it's very interesting to hear how you think about the deal structures. You've done a handful of deals and I guess a hot topic in the UK is kind of the sourcing of deals because listed deals often overvalued. So maybe a two-part question again, how have you typically sourced these deals and then how do you navigate kind of the broker intermediary when you're structuring these deals? Do you get some pushback and kind of structuring that deals in this way also?
