The Importance of Local Tissue Characteristics in Sport Performance

I don't see any real value in just loading for the sake of loading. It's almost that reverse engineering concept. What are the demands? Let's make sure there's the local tissue characteristics required and the sport specific training to output. So that's been in parallel with him. And ideally what that does is speeds back to improve the physical qualities, which then improves your ability to handle the demands of the sport. I can grab any drunk off the street and out of the local park to get to make someone tired. But it's about creating a stimulus that creates an appropriate amount of fatigue to get the adaptation we want.
