How Do You Prioritize Your Builds?

Once you've identified the broken things, how do you then decide what, what to fix first? No, it's a great question. There are things that you can look at in the build that can give you some clues as to how much impact one of these acceleration technologies is going to move. And most of these changes can be done with very little impact to the code base itself. Most of them is doing things like normalizing task definitions in Gradle or normalizing goal input and output in Maven. Which is all about manipulating build scripts and not really manipulating the code.
