How to Fuel for Training When a Runner With Diabetes?

People get really bent out of shape about one number here or there, but that's the value I see if someone wants to wear one of these CGMs is watching the trend. A lot of times, especially for type one diabetes, we want people to go into exercise higher than that because we know that they're at risk to decrease in there. Those numbers will be quite different. They need to take some fuel with them, even if it's a run that maybe is shorter and runner without diabetes wouldn't normally have to worry about it.
