There are multiple different reports associating the small spleen with much better durability and the longevity of that patient. The other part is when do we need to intervene to get the best out of it, right? I remember the time when the Rooks O'Lithin was approved in 2011 when they say, oh, it's a palliative care. It's for those that go to hospice and nothing else to do. And then we learn that it can't possibly extend life for a few years, three years and average in clinical studies. But thinking is not really what the standard practice at the moment is.
