Chris Masterjohn: The morning routine and the evening routine really work together. If I didn't emphasize front loading the sunlight in the morning, then the amber tinted glasses and the flux on the computer wouldn't be maximally effective. And there would be much less powerful stimulus to the brain to know that it's nighttime versus daytime. These routines really need to be well matched together.
