Is Justice a Virtue in the Workplace?
The Stoics believe that, you know, a wise person in some circumstances is going to be justified and just kind of clocking out. So then how does a stoic approach to bullying in a situation like that even address the problem? I don't think Stoicism is a one-stop decision-making formula kind of thing. It's, it gives you a set of tools to assess who you are, and it hopefully allows you to foster character traits that will enable you to make the wisest decision. But you know, there's sort of 55 happiness points on this side and there's 49 on the other.
