Is Justice a Virtue in the Workplace?

The Stoics believe that, you know, a wise person in some circumstances is going to be justified and just kind of clocking out. So then how does a stoic approach to bullying in a situation like that even address the problem? I don't think Stoicism is a one-stop decision-making formula kind of thing. It's, it gives you a set of tools to assess who you are, and it hopefully allows you to foster character traits that will enable you to make the wisest decision.
