Vittles is an online magazine that's hosted on the newsletter platform Substack. It was set up by Food and City writer Jonathan Nunn back in March 2020, just before the UK entered its first lockdown. The magazine publishes lists, restaurant and pub guides, as well as long-form food journalism. We're at Durek Tantuni, a Turkish spot in North London that's been serving up delicious wraps for over two decades to chat about the changing landscape of food media in Britain.
