The us. Is around somewhere between 70 to 90% through its big cycle, says Ray O'Neill. But internal conflict is higher and it's rising in china - he believes they're on the rise. China has a strong culture and strong unwritten rules that everybody agrees to. They've gone through a whole bunch of cycles, one their own thing, with dynasties rising and falling. And so he's bettin his money, that china's the next one on on the rise in the big cycle.
