Is There a Risk Reward Profile for Class a Development?
In the multifamily market, we're seeing that over the last couple of years, development has been focused on class A properties. That tells me that the risk reward profile for Class B, Class C construction and development is just not there because these markets tend to be efficient. There's a term which I started hearing a lot, it's called a missing middle,. If you start constructing affordable housing, there is a bigger collaboration between the public and private sector.
