Journalling has completely, completely changed my life. I always take some time tol i journal about what i'm grateful for things that i really want in life. It's started out very simple, with me just doing like three things i was grateful for. And then i would write little affirmations, like how i wanted to show up that day,. How i wanted to feel. So i guess i kind of hijacked that, not one, but i just really wanted to tell people, cause i didn't think of that, but it's so, so important. If you are someone that wakes up and scrolls every morning, and that's like your habit, replace that with something else
