What Are the Early Signs You Start to See That Are Worth Solving?

We started hearing about two or three different workflows that we're getting like complaints basically that they were complicated, time consuming, etc. So then we'd go deeper into those specific workflows and ask more questions about that. And then we started to pick up on like there's certain processes that were bad and painful, but technology wasn't necessarily the solution to them. We really focused in the research like the final phase of research of essentially validating that the punchless management process worked the same way across all these different contractors.
