Inerrancy has made us rigid, it has made us so rigid and we're afraid that if we don't see the text in this one way, that it means we're going to lose our faith. And what I love about like Lucy's approach to it is like, look, that's not going to actually happen. There's a lot of faithful Christians who have looked at this text and come out with different understandings. But you can be a rigorous scholar and see Paul differently too.
