A lot of the early direct to consumer companies raised too much capital. The first KPIs have a lot of money in the bank so that you can then go acquire customers even at an unrealistic price. It was almost this like achievement of, oh, I could get a 10 million valuation or 20 or 30 and people would go raise at these ridiculous valuations. That was one kind of mistake that I think maybe not mistake, but it's like it was a bubble that was going to burst at some point.
