Controversial...Yes! In this eye-raising episode I am talking about the DUTCH test. I am sharing with you my DUTCH test results and I am sharing my blood test results and will be comparing the two. Do the values of the DUTCH (dried urine) and my blood (serum) labs match up? Yep, you guessed it...not even close!
Also, if you know me, I like to mix things up a bit so with so many of you stating that your practitioner has NEVER mentioned to you to stop taking any T3 containing medication 18-24 hours prior to your lab draw, I thought I'd do an experiment and take my meds 3 hours prior to my labs.
