How to Set Up Boundaries

The idea behind the four things from my balance scorecard is that I want to make sure that I'm doing the things that are moving the needle. So if you think about that from the 12 week year framework, you've got like your goals for the quarter, which I'm already writing down every day. And then from there, the idea is that you're developing habits, you're doing the things consistently that are going to help you achieve those goals. The other ones I've got here create a monthly plan template and identify the four thing from my balancescorecard.
