Is AI the Panacea or the Silver Bullet?

AI will never lie to you, but it can answer your questions in ways that you didn't expect. Sloppiness is when people are sloppy with how they're asking and then defining the parameters of these questions. I mean, maybe AI is the fantasy for everything,. But it but only sort of in the context where we've fit the tool to the problem. It's subtle and it takes experience to know how to do that.
