The Government Has to Change, or Is It?

This summer is sort of a really rearing up, has quite an interest in tantalizing, but also frustrating, political moment. It feels to me like sort of changes in the air, but we've only got half of what you need for it. Andy burnham came to say the non tory parties have to co operate to radically change the way that power and politics works. And i think what's been interested about this week end is you get a sense of what that might mean. But perhaps the changes aren't sort of transformation, all right? But either way, there's a change.
